Evan is a veteran high school mathematics educator with 18 years of classroom experience and a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education. A multiple-time Teacher of the Year at two schools and the current District Teacher of the Year, he brings proven instructional expertise and a strong track record of student success in college and career readiness.
Tim McRoberts
Sales Manager
Tim holds a BS degree from Ball State University, an MS from Indiana University, and an Ed.S. from Indiana State University. He spent 28 years working in Indiana high schools as a teacher, coach, athletic administrator, assistant Principal, and principal. He then served for 9 years at the Indiana Association of School Principals, where he was the chief legislative lobbyist.
Roger Ried
Sales Manager
Roger holds a BA degree in Social Sciences from Lyon College in Arkansas, a master's degree in educational leadership from Arkansas State University, and a specialist's degree in educational administration from Arkansas State University. He has 35 years of experience in education as a teacher, assistant high school principal, high school principal, and superintendent. He has used OnToCollege in his schools for over 8 years.
Scott Shepard

Scott holds a BS degree in Mathematics from Peru State College in Nebraska, a master’s degree in educational leadership from Doane University, and a specialist’s degree in educational administration from Wayne State College. He has 35 years of experience in education as a teacher, high school principal, and assistant superintendent in Illinois and Nebraska. He has used OnToCollege successfully in his schools for the past 18 years. With the support of John Baylor, he saw 2-2.5 point average increases in his juniors taking the state required ACT in three different high schools, including Marengo CHSD 154 and Crystal Lake South D155!

Anne is a graduate of Black Hills State University in South Dakota, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. With more than 18 years of experience in education, she brings deep expertise to her work supporting schools. Her extensive knowledge of OnToCollege’s prep courses allows her to effectively train and assist both current and prospective clients.
Heather Pearson
Heather has a Bachelor’s degree from Bellevue University. Her knowledge of OnToCollege’s prep courses allows her to train and assist with current and prospective clients.
Heidi Macy
Heidi was a National Merit Scholar and holds business degrees from both the University of Nebraska and the University of Missouri, She has spent 20+ years working in higher education, including as a business communication instructor at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
Madelyn Thompson
Madelyn earned her bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University. She brings experience in client support, communication, and outreach, which allows her to effectively assist current and prospective clients with OnToCollege’s prep courses.
Russ Halsey
With multiple graduate degrees in Education, Mathematics, and Computer Science, Russ brings a distinguished career spanning more than three decades in K-12 educational administration. His leadership experience encompasses both school-level and district-level positions across multiple school systems.

Bonnie Paschold
Content Development
Bonnie has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education. She brings extensive experience in curriculum development and classroom teaching at the junior/senior high school and college levels. Her passion is creating curriculum and study aids that encourage students to expand their grammar and language arts skills.
Jamie Beaner
Content Development
Jamie holds graduate degrees from Doane University and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and was a National Merit Finalist. She brings extensive experience in education as a high school counselor, classroom teacher, college admissions and engagement professional, and test preparation instructor.
Lauren Glett
Master Teacher/Content Development
Lauren was a National Merit Scholar and has scored a 36 on the ACT. She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has been teaching and tutoring for over 20 years. She has worked for OnToCollege since 2009 in a variety of positions and wields this long-standing expertise to create content and courses for multiple standardized tests.
