Two short years later, the trend is reversed, and nearly two out of three juniors meet the proficiency threshold (down to 37.00% not meeting it).

Minimum proficiency is only part of this success story. The ACT Mean Composite score for juniors in 22-23 was 17.9; by 24-25, that number skyrocketed to 20.1.
