Initial Set-Up Training - Step 1
30-45 Minutes | For new school partners or new champions at current school partners. Show your OTC Champion(s) how to upload students/staff and create an implementation plan for your building.
Training for Teachers - Step 2
45 - 60 minutes | Show all teachers how to access OTC Resources and how to use them in the classroom.
Refresher Training
15-30-45-60 Minutes | Learn what's new and/or cover specific topics of your choice.
Upload/Add Students & Teachers
15 Minutes | Learn how to bulk upload students and teachers, and/or add individuals.
Gradebook, Assessment & Video Usage Reports
30 Minutes | Learn about report options and settings, the Gradebook, and see how video analytics can be used to verify student engagement. Learn how to use assessment data and more.
College & Career Readiness
15 Minutes | Learn how to use the State Scholarship Guides, 10-session College & Career Academy, and College Planning Materials.
Middle School Matters
15 Minutes | How to use Middle School Matters in 6th-8th-grade classrooms.
Implementation Review
15 Minutes | This session will focus on reviewing your current OTC implementation and identifying ways to fully leverage OTC resources for maximum impact in your school.
