Betsy Arnold Bahn
Sales
Betsy has worked with school districts for the past seven years. Prior to OnToCollege, she worked with Schoolfinances.com which provides reliable management and planning information to school districts, to help schools become more “data based” in their planning and decision-making.
Betsy and her husband Kevin have two boys, Spencer and Mason. She enjoys volunteering at her kids’ schools and playing many sports with her kids. She also loves to spend time with her family at their cabin, enjoying many water activities.

Jamie Beaner
Master Teacher/Tutor Administrator
Jamie is a certified Nebraska teacher who holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She was a National Merit Finalist, a member of Mortar Board National Honor Society, the 2007 UNL Presser Scholar, and a member of the UNL Chancellor’s Leadership Class.
Jamie scored a 35 on the ACT and is eager to share her techniques with OnToCollege students to help increase their scores.
In her spare time, Jamie enjoys church activities, performing in musical productions, and spending time with family.

Colton Flower
Sales
Colton graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he studied Agricultural Education. Prior to joining OnToCollege, he worked in Washington DC for an agriculture trade association and as a financial advisor.
He and his wife and their two dogs currently reside in Denver, Colorado. They enjoy getting outside and experiencing all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer.

Lauren Glett
Master Teacher/Curriculum Coordinator
Lauren began working for OnToCollege while studying mechanical engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She, her husband David, and their daughter Natalie live on a farm in Ohio.
She works in a variety of roles at OnToCollege. One of our master teachers, Lauren is also the content expert and head researcher. She also tutors for the ACT®, SAT®, GRE®, GMAT®, and LSAT® tests. Lauren scored a 36 on the ACT and was a National Merit Scholar.
Lauren loves gardening, cooking, and knitting, and she sells her results at her local farmers’ market. Lauren also sings and plays piano for her church music team and teaches chemistry and physics for a homeschool high school co-op.

Heidi Macy
Administrator
Heidi worked in university donor and alumni relations for 16 years as a public relations and fundraising assistant, director of membership and online services, and assistant magazine editor. She holds business degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is an adjunct faculty member for the College of Business Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, teaching business communication.
She is married with three children. One attends the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, one is in high school, and one is in middle school. Heidi loves reading, traveling, photography and word games.

rob mason
Master Teacher
Rob has a bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. He has been teaching high school Physics and coaching football for 26 years.
His passion for the mission of helping young people get to college with minimal debt comes from his own experiences. As the son of a single mother, he knew his college choices were limited unless he worked hard to achieve excellent grades and test scores in high school. His grades and scores earned him two scholarships covering all of his undergraduate tuition, so he obtained his Physics degree from Hastings College with zero debt.
Rob is married to his wife Joni. He enjoys playing with their dog, biking, hiking, and craft beer.
Adam Pieper
Video Production
Adam is a Norfolk, Nebraska native and OTC alum from Norfolk Catholic High School, and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2016 with a degree in business management.
He began his career in video production in 2012 after being hired as a student intern at HuskerVision, and worked closely with the athletic department to create video content and produce live events. In 2017, he accepted a two-year full-time internship position with HuskerVision.
Upon completion of his internship, Adam accepted a position at OnToCollege as a full-time video production specialist to oversee all the video, editing, and media needs for the company.

Dee Roth
Master Teacher/Curriculum Coordinator
Dee earned a degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Davis. She teaches group classes for OnToCollege as well as one-on-one tutoring. She is also involved in content development and research for OTC.
Dee has been married to her husband Brad for over 25 years. She homeschooled her three children who all scored 32 and above on the ACT and have all now graduated from college. She enjoys mentoring young moms and attending Nebraska Huskers’ sporting events with her husband.

Deb Selby
Administrator
Deb worked for 20 years in the credit card industry for First Data and American Express. She held positions in operations, as vice president of corporate settlement, and senior vice president of client relations. Deb’s role at OnToCollege is to keep the “wheels on the bus.”
She is married and has two children. Her son attends Colorado State University, and her daughter attends South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Deb enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, gardening, skiing, and anything outdoors.

Sharon Thompson
Administrator
Sharon worked as a substitute teacher for Blair Community Schools for ten 10 years while helping her husband on the family farm. Previously she taught 4th Grade and Title I Math and Reading for 10 years at Tekamah Elementary. She has a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Wayne State College.
She is married with two children who attend Blair High School. Sharon loves spending time with her family while supporting the many sports and 4H competitions that her children compete in.

Lisa Van Stratten
Administrator
Lisa worked at First Data Resources for 20 years as a supervisor in operations, customer service account representative, campaign manager, project manager, and software development manager. She has a Telecommunication System Management Certificate from the College of St. Mary’s in Omaha.
She is married with two children who attend the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Lisa loves boating, hiking, camping, and snow skiing.

Becky Voss
Sales
Becky is a graduate of the OnToCollege Program and was wowed by the results as a high school student by jumping 2 points after OTC, even after having jumped 4 points by studying on her own without OTC! Becky studied Actuarial Science at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She has been with OTC since 2012.
Becky and her three children live in Chesterfield, MO. She enjoys attending her kids school and sporting activities, reading a good book, and almost anything outdoors.

joni Schenkelberg Woodruff
Sales/Marketing
After a 25-year career in sports marketing at IMG/Husker Sports Marketing and in sales and management in local radio, Joni joined our team in order to use her sales and marketing skills to help spread the word about the OTC mission. Her passion for responsible personal finance makes the “minimal debt” part of the mission her priority.
She has three children and a dog. Kylie is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha and has no student loans. Delaney is a senior at Peru State College, and also has no student debt to date. Sam is a sophomore at Peru State, where he earned a full tuition scholarship thanks to his four-point ACT increase after taking the OTC course.
Joni enjoys spending time with her kids, her husband Rob, and her little mutt, Thor. She loves to play tennis and captains her USTA team, and likes to read, hike and bike.
